Indonesia is a place of great beauty, but its location on the Ring of Fire makes it especially prone to natural disasters like earthquakes and tsunamis. In addition, the string of islands also faces conflict due to its wealth of ethnic and religious diversity. In early April, over a dozen journalists gathered for a training in Bali to discuss comprehensive strategies for safe reporting.
